Attends properly to staff /visitors catering requirements and food and beverage requests
Prepares food items such as sandwiches, salads, fruits, soups, and beverages
Inspects balconies/Pantries to ensure that they contain the required items according to daily setup
Removes used empty cups , dishes, glasses from the staff desks and service area when necessary or as advised from the balcony, meeting rooms and employee work stations
Cleans and sterilizes kitchen utensils and equipment
Loads balcony/pantries and meeting rooms with accessories such as utensils & napkins
Stocks service pantries/balcony with items such as ice, napkins, and straws etc. and ensures inventory is conducted on the same
