Roles:

Create & update 3D Model, detailed drawing, BOM, Manual as per customer specification.

Responsibilities:

Input consolidation & Reading customer specification
3-D model creation & updating.
3-D model creation of electrical layout.
3-D model creation of tube & pipe layout.
Participating in Design Review Meeting (DRM)
Clarification of customer’s query
Raise NCR for process deviation by others.
Close NCR with CAPA & Why-Why analysis, raised on Design.
General Arrangement / Assembly / foundation drawings creation / Electrical Drawings.
Preliminary BOM preparation.
Concurrence with other departments for issue resolution.
Workshop drawing creation, revision & release.
Item code creation in ERP
Final ERP BOM creation & release
Documentation Monitoring & review
Standardization & Updating Work Instructions
Preparation of Installation, operation & Maintenance (IOM) manual.
Creation of DOP (Declaration of performance)
Independent Project Handling
Follow established quality, environmental, and health & safety procedures.
Participate in training and maintain awareness of their impact.
Report nonconformities, hazards, unsafe acts, or environmental concerns.
Use PPE and ensure safe work practices.
