Responsibilities:

Placing and managing orders with factories in Asia while ensuring quality and delivery time

Establishing and managing relationships with colleagues in Asia and customers in Europe

Assisting in the creation and management of production schedules

Monitoring and overseeing the production process

Checking sizing and quality upon the arrival of samples

Required Skills

Familiarity with creating size charts

Hands-on mentality, precision, and a strong commitment to the success of our products

College level education with good numerical insight

Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential

Independent, flexible, and a team player

Resilient, no 9-to-5 mentality, and service-oriented

Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office (focus Excel) and willingness to learn new ERP systems
