Job Description

Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise site QA/QC Inspector for the implementation of company’s Site Inspection standards and activities. Implement Project Quality plan.

Ensure that the required inspection equipment is calibrated.

Attend and resolve major QA/QC issues on Project sites.

Ensure project is within the project scope.

Conduct routine project site inspection and provide feedback to QA/QC Inspector/PM/IMR.

Liaising and communicating with PM regarding quality and technical issues as well as material and work approvals.

Liaise with client representative and main contractor QA/QC regarding work completion inspection approval.

Coordinating with PM on site testing with the test coordinator.

Ensure that all Quality records and inspection documents are controlled and monitored.

Reports rejections and identify NCRs to ensure compliance with the standard Quality Control Acceptance Criteria and project requirements.

Prepare weekly and monthly Inspection activity reports.

Assist Sr. QA/QC Engineer to improve effective QA/QC processes implementation.

Required Skills

B.S. Engineering

Over 5 years’ experience with 3-5 years’ experience as QA/QC Engineer in the engineering, machine or metal working industry particularly in project sites.

ISO 9001:2015 implementation background and QA/QC auditing experience

High rise building construction experience

Microsoft Excel and Word

International Standards related to industry

ISO 9001 Quality Management System
