Job Description

Responsibilities:

The Site Inspector (HVAC, Civil, Plumbing, pest control) is responsible for inspecting all aspects relating to Home Services Project within Client’s Community Management Operations.

He will be mainly inspecting regularly ongoing home services activities (Villa external painting / Window cleaning / main door varnishing / FCU servicing /plumbing services).

Inspects regularly ongoing home services activities (Villa external painting / Window cleaning / main door varnishing / FCU servicing /plumbing services).

Ensure appointments for Home Services as per agreed weekly schedules / targets.

Ensures services rendered in accordance with agreed Service Levels in line with Client’s standards

Reviews cleaning schedules or other schedules as applicable and checks standards are being maintained.

Keep track of ongoing home services activities

Ensures the common areas are maintained as per agreed standard.

Ensure that common area community services not misused by contractors

Provides periodic updates to Management (Daily/weekly as required)

Coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure that contractors follow Community Rules and other enforcement policies

All records with regards to Job completion & invoice processing to be maintained

Capable to maintain inspection for at least 

Required Skills

Minimum Engineering Diploma / ITI certificate. (Must)

Good knowledge on Asset Management process (Desired)

Minimum 5-year experience in a relevant role. (Must)

Excellent Technical skills in MS office and other common software packages.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing

Self-motivated and team player.

Ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations confidently.

Ability to utilize available resources effectively.

Conversant with the software application usage for process tracking
