Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to the RM/HR Executive as required.

  • Manage HR work requests, queries, and transactions through the ticketing system.

  • Oversee end-to-end HR back-office processes, including onboarding, ensuring accurate updates to the HRMS database.

  • Accurately process employee data changes in the HRMS system.

  • Maintain employee information in HRMS, including joiners, leavers, and periodic data refreshes.

  • Handle queries related to onboarding, exits, cancellations, and portal-related issues via both data and voice support.

  • Generate reports/MIS for all relevant activities.

  • Support ad hoc HR projects and maintain knowledge of UAE employee policies.

  • Apply a consistent problem-solving approach and follow established process methodologies.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and ensure adherence to SLAs.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to the Supervisor/Team Leader.

  • Suggest initiatives to improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and turnaround time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations or shared services, preferably within the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of HRMS systems and data management processes.

  • Familiarity with UAE labour laws and HR policies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR software tools.

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.

  • Team player with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
