Job Description
Responsibilities:
Responsible in ensuring smooth and efficient operation in assigned area of back of the house
Advance planning (monthly / weekly) for operations requirements pertaining to events including manpower
Maintain PAR Stock of all Equipment’s to avoid uninterrupted operation in assigned areas
Hands on operation is very much needed and close monitoring on task assigned to subordinates to ensure timely completion
Create awareness to the concerned sections (Production / Operation) regarding breakage control on a monthly basis
Monitor and control the Cleaning supply cost, Manpower cost, Utility cost, chemical cost, and fuel cost in line with the budget
To maintain effective communication to provide the best service and ensuring internal customer satisfaction
Maintaining proper storage system of the equipment within the stores, during issuance and collection
During equipment issuance proper documentation (In / Out) is a must
Provide training to team members
Ensure proper deployment of work force
Motivate team to meet the standards of productivity
Continually seek opportunities to develop self and subordinates
Follow up and manage staff related matters (trainings, leaves, scheduling etc.)
Follow & implement the client Policies, Procedures and Guidelines.
Implement duties in line with the Quality standards, Security, Health and Safety requirements based on Dubai Municipality standards
To ensure timely closure of the Hygiene audit compliance (MHs) with corrective action plan
Required Skills
Hotel Management Graduate or a minimum of 2 years’ work experience in similar role or 3 years’ work experience as Supervisor Stewarding in a well-established Hospitality Industry

Technical skills pertaining to the job role
Chemical Handling
Proactive Leadership skills
MS Office
Time Management & Self Organisation
Knowledge of EBMS / Adaco or equivalent system
