Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage household operations and ensure all areas are well-maintained and organized.

Provide formal table service during meals and events.

Welcome and attend to guests with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Coordinate with chefs, housekeeping, drivers, and other household staff to ensure smooth service.

Oversee wardrobe management, packing/unpacking, and valet duties.

Maintain household inventory and procure supplies as needed.

Supervise or arrange travel itineraries, reservations, and errands.

Ensure confidentiality and security protocols are always maintained.

Required Skills

Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a private residence, luxury hotel, or yacht.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Discreet, trustworthy, and highly organized.

Strong knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and service standards.

Ability to manage and coordinate with domestic staff.

Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays if required.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
