Job Description

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and final review of all submitted Floor plan.

Approved the events floor plan if found no noncompliance to Client Health and Safety Rules and Regulations

Monitor the event set up on site as per the approved floor plan and implement the HSE Rules and Regulations.

Follow up on stand completion status and ensure that the halls are ready for the opening.

Carry out pre-opening checks.

Implement any other duties as assigned by Venues Infrastructure and assist him in all operations matters

Implement duties in line with the Quality Standards, Security and Health & Safety requirements.

Required Skills

Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent certification courses.

Minimum of 2-year experience in the event industry

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Fluent in English (verbal and written)

Computer literacy essential

Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Email

Report Writing

IOSH certified

AutoCAD

NEBOSH I.G.C.
