Job Description

Responsibilities:

Program Design & Localization

Design and localize founder-facing programs across sectors such as F&B, technology, creative industries, and home-based businesses

Align program structure with Emirati founder needs, D33 priorities, and ecosystem readiness

Develop delivery frameworks, toolkits, SOPs, and implementation playbooks for smooth rollout

Accelerator & Venture Builder Enablement

Operationalize partnerships with DFHQ, accelerators, and venture studios

Define eligibility, onboarding, graduation, and support mechanisms for founders

Embed coaching, mentorship, and capacity-building tracks into all programs

Pilot Testing & Iteration

Lead pilot activations and dry-runs; monitor early-stage outcomes and iterate formats

Gather structured feedback from founders, mentors, and partners for continuous improvement

Benchmark global program models and adapt best practices to the Dubai SME context

Internal Coordination & Handover

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from design to delivery

Document all activation processes, train relevant staff, and establish handover protocols

Ensure programs are designed for repeatability, scalability, and long-term integration

Required Skills

6–10 years in program design, incubation, accelerators, or startup ecosystem development

Proven track record launching founder-facing programs (e.g., accelerators, bootcamps, venture studios)

Experience working with government-led economic or entrepreneurship initiatives

Familiarity with GCC or emerging market SME ecosystems preferred

Program development, localization, and delivery frameworks

Operational planning, stakeholder coordination, and SOP creation

Proficiency in project management platforms

Basic data analysis and reporting for program iteration and performance tracking

Program development and management skills.

Knowledge of Emirati entrepreneurship challenges and sector dynamics.

Execution-oriented with attention to detail.

Proficiency with productivity tools, dashboards, and data analytics
