Responsibilities:

Health and Safety

Ensure the use of personal protective equipment on/off site and following standard operating procedure for all relevant operations.

Zero personal involvement in accidents

Sets personal examples and acts as role model to ensure a solid Health & Safety culture and implementation of Group standards and policies.

Create Health & Safety awareness by promoting safety meetings and talks, and by encouraging Health & Safety initiatives.

Needs to maintain a safe system of work by effective implementation of critical controls in the workplace.

Need to conduct BOG tours and should be required to submit Near miss, Hazard Ids & VPC reports in iCare 

Ensure the routine inspection of plant and equipment and put the actions in place to eliminate the hazards.

Manage the working hours of employees to achieve the company policy.

Lead the implementation of on-site improvement plans by taking the ownership for the area of responsibility.

Environmental & Sustainability Management

Awareness and adherence to statutory regulations and decrees.

Respects and follows procedures in place

Indicates a non-compliance or environmental incident to his N+1

Inspire workforce to understand the importance of a clean and tidy workplace.

Establish routines and monitoring mechanisms to ensure waste is recycled or kept to a minimum.

Conduct a daily inspection of the plant in accordance with the daily inspection routine.

Planning/Operations

Liaise with Shipper, Technical & Workshop to ensure optimization of resources.

Inform Management of any potential problems.

Ensure the maintenance of processes to verify the accuracy and quality of raw materials. 

Notify management of any customer complaints.

Daily routine check-up of all production equipment and ensure ready for operation

Proper housekeeping of the plant as per LH standard

Manage BCMIX platform , troubleshooting, SAP interface production. 

Required Skills

University Degree or Diploma in Engineering

UAE Driver’s License is a must

Min 10yrs of relevant experience in GCC 

Worked in a Supervisory role in a Ready-mix Industry

Knowledge on RMX Concrete Production Operations experience

Results driven

 Analysis and reporting

Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
