Job Description
Responsibilities:
Sets personal examples and acts as role model to ensure a solid Health & Safety culture and implementation of Group standards and policies.
Create Health & Safety awareness by promoting safety meetings and talks, and by encouraging Health & Safety initiatives.
Leads by example and ensures a safe working environment for his/her subordinates.
Required to submit Near miss & VPC reports in iCare.
Ensure the use of personal protective equipment on/off site and following standard operating procedure for all relevant operations.
Zero personal involvement in accidents.
Target of 4 BOG, 2 hazards to report every month.
Required Skills
University degree in Psychology or Human Resources.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in core HR activities preferably from MNCs.
Up to date knowledge of employment law,
Fluency in business English, Hindi is a must, and other languages will be added advantage.
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and can multi-task.
Must know how to prioritize task to ensure smooth workflow.
Fast learner and with good analytical skills.
Knowledge of SuccessFactors and Adrenaline system will be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude, willing to help others and have empathy.
Flexible and able to work on extra hours.
