Marketing, Branding, Events and Digital
Product Launches
▪ Supporting in creating the launch materials for EcoCycle
HR
▪ Supporting in creating the launch materials for Decorative Concrete Rebrand
Social Media & Content Creation
▪ Manage and update company social media accounts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.).
▪ Monitor social media trends and engagement, and provide insights to optimize strategy.
▪ Support in executing digital marketing campaigns
▪ Assist with updating and maintaining the company website and landing pages
▪ Shooting reels and videos (on site, in office, employee videos)
Marketing Collaterals
▪ Creating an Integrated Brochure for UAE Solutions
▪ Updating the content of Global Brands
▪ Liasing with the sales team to collect testimonials/reviews and project details
▪ Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and brand consistency.
▪ Coordinate with designers and content creators for the development of multimedia assets (images, videos, infographics).
Brand & Communication Support
▪ Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials and platforms.
▪ Support internal communication efforts, including newsletters and corporate announcements.
▪ Track media coverage and assist with public relations initiatives.
Event Coordination
▪ Support the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
▪ Handle logistics, invitations, attendee lists, and promotional materials.
▪ Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed.
Internal Controls
▪ Supports the General Manager, Head of Sales, Sales Director with the Internal Control topics suggest improvements and test (when required) the processes and controls within his/her own preview.
▪ Follows the Code of Business Conduct process as prescribed by the Company
Competition and Law Compliance
▪ Is aware of the competition law and adapts his/her behavior by knowing it
▪ Is aware about Group Conflict of Interest Guideline, Antibribery and code of business conduct
General
▪ As required, conduct other duties as requested by her delegate to ensure the professional Operations

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Level of education/qualifications normally required:
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
▪ 0–2 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role (internships count).
Technical / functional skills:
▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
▪ Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, CMS, CRM).
▪ Social media savvy with a good sense of visual and brand aesthetics.
▪ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
▪ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
▪ Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
