Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the general business and daily operations of ACSO and Southeast Asia

Provides strategic advice and report results or findings to the Managing Director

Responsible for the managerial business and the management of ACSO and Southeast Asia

Ensures the efficiency, effectiveness, and continuity of ACSO and Southeast Asia day-to-day operations and administrative processes

Ensures that the employee/s at ACSO and Southeast Asia implement and comply with all the Group policies and procedures, and to supervise and monitor their work and attendance

Liaises, monitors and deals with different ACSO and Southeast Asia departments

Oversees Company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures

Maintains budgets for ACSO and Southeast Asia as well as the different business projects

Monitors costs against budget

Support in the resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel.

Required Skills

Very good practical and leadership skills.

MS Office programs, search engines, time management tools and schedule management.

Knowledge of office administrative procedures and systems.

Excellent customer service and processing of documents management skills.

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.

Very good negotiation skills.

Planning, time management and prioritization skills are a must.

Proactive approach on client and service provider relationships. 

Proof of language competences in English and other language would be an advantage.

University Degree or diploma. Previous managerial role would be an advantage.

Experienced in client relationship and customer service. 

Ability to manage diverse range of tasks and challenges.

Motivates the team and able to work collaboratively with others.

Adaptability and ability to cope with demands, pressures to any ongoing change.
