Job Description
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Strategic Management, Finance, or a related field.
A master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Professional Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), business planning certifications, Lean Six Sigma, or Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP), Balance Scorecard Professional (BSP) are advantageous.
Minimum of 11 years’ experience in performance management or a related field, with a proven track record in developing and implementing performance measurement systems in a large organization or government entity.
Extensive experience in translating strategic plans into measurable performance indicators and targets, with a clear understanding of how to align these with organizational objectives.
Experience in managing the development and implementation of performance management systems, including electronic dashboards and data integration platforms.
Experience in creating and managing detailed performance reports and presenting these to senior management.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure buyin and support for performance management initiatives.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
Ability to mentor staff and build a high-performing team focused on achieving strategic objectives.
